“My husband and I are both immigrants so we went to see many immigration lawyers and worked with some of them. No one was as good as Kuck and his team. They are very accurate and fast responding. We were extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them.”

- Analia Gismondi

“When I began to pursue a green card for my wife, Yi Li Shin, I called three law firms who specialized in immigration law. When I spoke to Chuck Kuck I was impressed by the professionalism of his office. Yi Li and I visited soon thereafter and were even more impressed. He and Raymond Partolan immediately began to go to work. They, and indeed the entire office, were thorough, attentive, accurate, and professional. Yi Li has been approved and we both are grateful for their excellent service.”

- Former Congressman, John Linder

  • Unmarried children under 21 years of age.
  • Siblings, if the applicant is at least 21 years of age.
  • Married children of any age.

You can apply for your citizenship through naturalization, which is a process in which you have to fulfill requirements established by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Or you can obtain your citizenship if your parents are U.S. citizens.

The permanent residency process grants immigrants the right to live and work permanently in the U.S. Processing times vary depending on the type of application submitted, the state the applicant works in, as well as the current government’s immigration policies.
Usually, the permanent residency process involves labor certifications where the employer shows they can’t find the workers needed to fill their vacancies. Therefore, the applicant has to prove to the USCIS that they meet the requirements for that job position. Afterward, they must apply for an adjustment of status.
If you require help with applying to become a U.S. permanent resident, at Kuck Baxter Immigration, we’re here to guide you. Call us at (678) 904-0276 to get the legal support you deserve.

The USCIS provides an optional service that allows applicants to pay a fee of 1000 USD to cut back the processing time of their visa applications and petitions to 15 calendar days.
During this process, the USCIS must inform the applicant if their petition is approved, denied or if there is an ongoing investigation to check for any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation. If the USCIS does not process the petition within 15 calendar days, they will refund the applicant’s fee whilst continuing to normally process their visa application.
If you wish to find out if you can apply for premium processing, our attorneys can guide you. Call us at (678) 904-0276 to book a meeting.

Each year, the U.S. government carries out an annual lottery known as the “Diversity Visa Lottery” in which 50,000 immigrant visas are granted to citizens from certain countries that currently have low immigration rates to the U.S.

We recommend that visitors should return to their native country and wait there until their visa application has been approved. Afterward, they should request an appointment at the U.S. consulate in their native country to be issued a visa stamp.
If you want to learn more about this process and what other precautions you should take, call us at (678) 904-0276 to get the legal help you need from one of our immigration attorneys.

Since the E, H, L, TN and O visas are employer specific, if you leave your current job and wish to remain in the U.S., you have six months to find another company that is willing to sponsor your Employment-Based Visa. You have to also prove that you intended to work on a permanent at-will basis with your new employer.
If you need legal help, schedule your appointment now by calling us at (678) 904-0276.

You must continuously show your intention to make your primary residence in the U.S. You can prove your claim by:
  • Maintaining a U.S. address.
  • Owning property on U.S. soil.
  • Having a U.S. bank account and/or credit cards.
Additionally, you still have to continue filing U.S. tax returns as a U.S. resident, even if you’re receiving money in another country. If you fail to meet this requirement, you may lose your permanent resident status.
If you need more information on this subject, please contact us at (678) 904-0276 to schedule an appointment with one of our attorneys. We’re here to help you.
